Raised in Spain, I grew up around slow meals, fresh ingredients, and a lifestyle rooted in listening to the body. When I moved to America, I gradually adopted the fast-paced, convenience-first lifestyle that so many of us know. Over time, my health began to suffer.
Every trip back home reminded me of what I was missing: real food, meaningful traditions, and a slower, more intentional way of living. As I began looking beyond symptoms and addressing the root causes of my health challenges, everything started to change.

For years, I worked in the dental field while continuing my education in holistic healing modalities and other root-cause approaches to wellness. Through my own healing journey and years of helping others, I began to see the same patterns emerge again and again.
What began as a personal search for answers grew into a framework for understanding health in a deeper, more sustainable way. Inside this course, I'll share the principles, tools, and perspectives that helped transform my own approach to healing.
